Apply

We would like to know who you are.

The Academy welcomes applications from coaches, psychologists, HR professionals, facilitators — and accomplished people from any field who suspect this discipline is the work they have been preparing for without yet naming it. What matters is not the label on your past practice but the capacity you bring: presence, maturity, and a genuine regard for two people building a life.

One door, one path, one standard: every candidate completes the same 153-hour formation.

What happens after you apply

1

You apply. A short form — who you are, what you have practised, and why this profession. It asks for thought, not paperwork.

2

We read. Every application is read personally by the faculty. No algorithms, no auto-filtering, no scoring systems.

3

The Conversation. A personal discussion with faculty. You ask your questions; we ask ours. Neither side should leave anything unasked.

4

The Confidential Preview. Under a confidentiality agreement, you see inside: method, curriculum, fees, coach agreement. You decide with everything on the table.

The application

If this is your work, you will likely have recognised it somewhere between the method and the room it is practised in. This is where that recognition is put into words.

About five minutes. Take the time it deserves — we read it the same way. Held in confidence, and seen only by Academy faculty.

Timing

A note on timing

Applications are read as they arrive, in the order received. You will hear from us within 3 working days of submitting — a personal reply, not an acknowledgement template. Where an application proceeds, the Conversation is typically scheduled within 2 weeks, at a time that suits you. Admission is rolling: the formation is delivered in modular cycles, so you may begin in the month that suits you rather than waiting for an annual intake. Your start month is agreed at enrolment. Applications received now are considered for the Founding Cohort, which is deliberately limited in size.

Some work is worth being formed for.
