The Certification

A discipline worth 153 hours of your life.

The JodiSense™ Certified Relationship Readiness Coach programme forms you in a craft few coaches have practised: guiding two people, together, through the design of a shared life. You are trained in a protected method, certified to one standard, and connected — through JodiSense™ — to the couples your practice will serve. This page holds the whole of it: what you are formed in, what you will deliver, how the practice works, how the certification is earned, and how to apply.

The Formation · Five Dimensions

What you are formed in

01

The Science of Shared Life

The formation begins with the research. The method stands on an interdisciplinary literature — the neuroscience of pair bonding, anthropology, attachment, behavioural science, and the modern study of relationships — held not as trivia but as working knowledge. You learn why two nervous systems in one room behave as they do, how bonds form and hold across time, what family systems carry into a marriage, and what lets couples keep warmth across ordinary weeks. All of it is synthesised into JodiSense's own method, language, and practice architecture.

02

Dyadic Coaching Craft

Coaching two people at once is not one-to-one coaching performed twice. Two agendas share the room, two emotional realities, two histories — and one future that must belong to both. The coach holds the space between them: noticing when a voice recedes, when agreement is performed rather than felt, when a silence carries more than the sentence before it. This is why every candidate — including coaches with thousands of hours behind them — completes the full formation. The hours you have earned are real. They are simply hours in a different craft.

03

JodiSight™ Practice

JodiSight™ is the Academy's proprietary psychometric assessment, built ground-up for Indian shared life: family systems, dual careers, financial interdependence, festival calendars, intergenerational belonging, and the practical architecture of home. You are trained to read it deeply and open it well — every insight offered as the beginning of a conversation, never as a verdict. A couple leaves a JodiSight™ conversation knowing themselves, and each other, better. They never leave it graded.

04

The Guided Mirror Method™

The heart of the discipline. The coach reflects; the couple decides. Session by session, the method surfaces the assumptions two people carry without knowing they carry them — about money, family, daily rhythm, ritual, and how they find their way back to each other after difficulty — and returns authority to the couple at every turn. The method is confidential intellectual property, taught only inside certification and shown in full at the Confidential Preview stage of admission.

05

Cultural and Contextual Mastery

A dedicated pillar of the formation is given to the systems Indian relationships actually live inside: money and its meanings, religion, caste, gender, the permeability of family boundaries, diaspora, mobility, and intergenerational belonging. This is not a Western framework with Indian examples added. The assessment, the method, and the cultural formation were built here, for here.

The work you are being formed to do

What you will deliver

Certified coaches deliver structured couple journeys through JodiSense™. Three journeys, one method, an ascending arc of craft.

3 months · 6 sessions

JodiSense Essential

The complete readiness journey. The first session opens with individual time for each partner, then brings the couple together for their first Guided Mirror conversation. Five further guided sessions move through the conversations that shape a marriage. The AI companion carries the work between sessions, and for three months after the journey closes — turning practices into habits.

6 months · 9 sessions · Individual time

JodiSense Shared Life

Everything in Essential, deepened across six months of real life. Nine guided sessions let conversations return as a couple's actual patterns settle. Two individual sessions per partner give each person private space alongside the shared room. AI companion throughout, and three months beyond.

12 months · 12 sessions · By application

JodiSense Ever After

A full year across all four seasons — the deepest journey the Academy forms coaches to deliver. Twelve couple sessions and four individual sessions per partner, through every chapter a first year of marriage brings. It asks for patience, range, and the ability to hold a couple's development across everything a year can carry.

Coaches who hold senior professional credentials and complete the full formation receive priority allocation for Shared Life and Ever After. Advanced experience is honoured in the complexity of the work entrusted to you — never in hours removed from your formation.

The Practice Model

How the practice works

Demand flows one way.

Couples discover Relationship Readiness through JodiSense™ — its platform, its writing, its referral pathways — and every couple journey on the platform is delivered by a certified coach. This is the moat, stated plainly: it is the only coaching certification connected to institutional demand. Couples never stopped preparing for marriage; until now, they simply had no profession to prepare with.

The institution runs the practice.

Couples engage JodiSense and pay JodiSense — always. You do not invoice a couple, chase a payment, or negotiate a fee. Scheduling, materials, assessment infrastructure, and client care are the institution's responsibility. What remains for the coach is the one thing only the coach can do: the coaching itself.

Professional fees are structured.

Every certified coach earns a professional fee for every session delivered, on one published rate card — the same for every coach, with no negotiation and no undercutting. The full fee structure is shared at the Confidential Preview stage of admission.

Your own couples are welcome too.

Coaches may introduce couples from their own networks into the platform — served with the same method, materials, and institutional billing — on introduction terms that recognise the relationship came through you. Your practice and the platform's demand are additive, not exclusive.

Certification is the licence.

The method, the assessment, and the materials belong to the institution and travel only with certification in good standing. You may not take the method beyond the platform — and no one outside the certification can copy it, discount it, or imitate it around you.

The Academy makes no representation regarding engagement volumes, assignment frequency, or income.

Modular · Rolling · Complete

How the formation is delivered

The certified Relationship Readiness Coach formation is delivered so professionals can form to one standard from anywhere — across India and among the Indian diaspora — with a modular, rolling calendar that fits the practitioner, not the postcode.

Begin in the month that suits you

The formation runs in modular cycles that repeat on a rolling basis. There is no annual intake to wait for: once admitted, you agree your start month at enrolment and join the live cycle from there. The path is the same for everyone; the calendar is yours.

Miss a session, never miss the formation

Every live session is recorded. If work or life takes a week, you watch the recording, complete the module's reflection work, and rejoin the live rhythm — progress is tracked module by module, so nothing is lost and nothing is skipped.

Structured where structure matters

Flexibility applies to instruction; it never dilutes the standard. Supervised practice, observed sessions, mentor coaching, and the performance evaluation are sequenced and scheduled individually — completed live, in order, to the same requirement for every candidate.

Questions, answered

Before you ask us, we asked ourselves.

Is this therapy?

No. Relationship Readiness coaching is a forward-looking discipline for committed couples designing a shared life. It does not diagnose, treat, or address clinical concerns; where a couple would be better served by a clinical professional, our standards require the coach to say so. The coach reflects; the couple decides.

Do I need a coaching background?

No. Admission rests on who you are and what you bring — professional maturity, presence, and the capacity for this craft. Every candidate, whatever their background, completes the full 153-hour formation; the formation is designed to be complete in itself.

I already have thousands of coaching hours — can I skip ahead?

The path does not shorten; the work you are entrusted with deepens. Dyadic craft, the proprietary assessment, and cultural mastery are covered by no prior credential — so the formation is the same for everyone. What your experience earns is priority allocation for the advanced journeys, Shared Life and Ever After.

Will you promise me clients or income?

We will not invent a number — anyone who promises you a volume is guessing, and we would rather be believed. What we can state precisely is the structure: every couple who enters a JodiSense™ journey is served by a certified coach, and demand flows only in that direction. A new category is not a small one; it is an unclaimed one, and certified coaches are the only professionals who can serve it.

Can I practise the method independently?

No. The method, assessment, and materials are protected intellectual property, practised only through the platform by coaches in good standing. You may, however, introduce your own couples into the platform on introduction terms that recognise the relationship came through you.

What is the competency framework?

The JodiSense™ Coach Competencies — the Academy's own framework for dyadic practice. It carries the coaching profession's globally recognised core competencies and extends past them: coaching two people at once, holding a proprietary assessment, and mastering the cultural systems Indian relationships live within. You see it in full at the Confidential Preview.

When can I start?

Whenever you do. The formation runs in modular cycles on a rolling basis, so admitted candidates agree a start month at enrolment rather than waiting for an annual intake. Live sessions are recorded, progress is tracked module by module, and supervised practice is scheduled individually — the standard is fixed; the calendar is yours.

Is this an internationally accredited credential?

Your JodiSense™ Certified Relationship Readiness Coach credential is the Academy's own institutional authorisation — complete in itself, on the day you earn it. The formation carries the coaching profession's globally recognised competencies as one component of a larger whole, and the Academy is building toward international accreditation over time.

Who runs the Academy?

The Academy is an institution of JodiSense™, operated by Strengthscape Private Limited — founded by professionals with two decades in psychometric assessment, professional certification, and coaching.

What does it cost?

Tuition is shared in the admission conversation, under confidentiality, alongside the curriculum, the fee structure, and the coach agreement. Fee, refund, and grievance policies are published on Standards & Policies.

The room exists. The question is who will be formed to hold it.
