Where this began
The observation

Months of planning, extraordinary care, and a level of intention most projects never receive.
Now watch how the same couple prepares for the marriage. Almost nothing exists for them. The wedding — one day — receives an industry. The marriage — the whole of a shared life — receives good wishes.
Earlier generations crossed this gap with inherited defaults: how money was handled, where the household's boundaries lay, what a day looked like, how disagreement was survived and closeness restored. That world has quietly ended. Modern Indian couples — meeting through families, through work, through apps, across cities and sometimes continents — must consciously build what earlier generations often inherited. The Institution
The institution behind it
The Relationship Readiness Academy™ is the coach formation school of JodiSense™, operated by Strengthscape Private Limited — the institution that holds the method, the assessment science, and the standards. It was founded by professionals with two decades in psychometric assessment, executive coaching, professional learning, and practitioner certification for India's leading organisations. Forming practitioners and upholding standards is not new work for this institution; this discipline is its most personal application of it.
